Starting with a pre-determined template, we created a friendly portal for consumers for disease state education in a more friendly way.
We were able to come up with some fun and useful elements to add to the space, while still sticking to the parameters of the template.

We were tasked with adding a sense of warmth to the brand’s direct-to-consumer communications, particularly for the Care Program emails, to distinguish them from standard messaging. Without a budget for a photoshoot and recognizing the overuse of stock photography in pharma, we opted for custom spot illustrations. This approach allowed us to easily re-color, adjust, and animate the visuals, creating a more engaging consumer experience.

The client was so impressed with the results that they expanded the illustrations into their printed materials and the Care Program portal.
